Problem

If you installed first the Pivot Gadget plugin and then the Table Grid Editor then the Table Grid Editor integration in Pivot will not work immediately, i.e the list of Table Grid Editor custom fields will be empty

Solution

In order for Pivot Gadget to "know" that there is a Table Grid Plugin and Table Grid custom fields available, please ask your JIRA administrator to :

  • re-install Pivot Gadget
  • OR restart JIRA
