Problem
You have uninstalled the Table Grid Editor plugin from your JIRA and your Pivot Gadget stopped working
Pivot Gadget plugin has an optional dependency on Table Grid Editor plugin to make the integration with Table Grid Editor possible. For that reason when JIRA un-installs the Table Grid Editor it automatically disables the Pivot Gadget plugin.
Solution
Ask your JIRA administrator to enable Pivot Gadget plugin.
